ANCSU to organise virtual solo singing competition on Sept 15

 All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) in its endeavour to encourage and promote young talented college students in the field of music will be organizing “Virtual Solo Singing Competition” on September 15 in collaboration with Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA).

Tenacious to embolden the competitors a good sense of judgement impartially and fair competition, the union has invited three eminent and renowned director and musicians as the parent judges for the competition: Project director TaFMA, Dr. Hovithal N. Sothu; songwriter, Composer, Founder and front man of the Christian Band Divine Connection, Obed Kath; and singer, songwriter & composer, award winning artist of Radio City Freedom Award and Music Award of Nagaland, Virie. 

Cash award of `15, 000 with citation will be rewarded to the winner, subsequently `10,000 with citation to the 1st runners-up and `5,000 with citation to the 2nd runners-up. The result will be declared and published on September 20th in their Instagram account ancsu_nagaland_official and the winning entries will be uploaded in its YouTube channel ANCSU Nagaland. Entry is open to all affiliated and associate colleges of ANCSU. The respective students’ council/union can be contacted for participation (2 participant per college).
