The 6th foundation day of All Nagaland Drivers and Bodyguard Prayer Fellowship (ANDBPF), Kohima with the theme “Protection of life” was held August 23 at Yimchungru Bapstist Church, Kohima with minister for road and bridges, G Kaito Aye as guest of honour.
Exhorting the congregation, minister G Kaito Aye called upon the drivers and bodyguards not to consume alcoholic substance while performing their duties. Aye while acknowledging the service rendered by drivers and bodyguards expressed hope that no untoward incidents arise in their duty. He also urged the church leaders to pray for drivers and bodyguards so that they may remain safe in their respective service.
Others who spoke on the occasion included, Rev. C Lima Sangtam, finance secretary NBCC and president ANDB, D Yongnyak Konyak. More than 300 delegates attended the foundation day programme, stated a release issued by ANDB.
