All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) Wokha and Tuensang units in separate statements have reaffirmed their support to ANDMSA parent body demands.
In a press release, ANDMSA Wokha unit president, M. Rubenthung Ngullie, general secretary, N. Renchio and finance secretary, Mhalo Patton, informed that the unit held a meeting on December 5 and reaffirmed its earlier resolution, passed on November 29, for non-preparation and halting of salaries bill under Wokha district till the ongoing agitation was called off.
The release informed that ANDMSA Wokha unit has resolved to set up an action committee for monitoring and guiding the ongoing agitation. The team comprises of convener, Nyamo Ezung and members – Renben Ovung, Chumchamo Ezung, Thechano Ngullie, Chumben Ezung, R. Zuben Tsopoe, Mingthungo Ngullie, Aien Ao, Viesezutuo and Chumben Ngullie.
Further, ANDMSA Wokha unit informed that none of the DDOs establishment in the district had prepared or submitted the pay bills due to the ongoing agitation. In this regard, ANDMSA Wokha unit has appealed the general public to bear with the inconveniences.
ANDMSA Tuensang unit: ANDSMA Tuensang unit has termed the sixth day of the ongoing agitation as successful.
A press release by ANDSMA Tuensang unit president, S. Nayang Chang and secretary, T. Hepong Sangtam, stated that the demands posed by the ministerial staff has been observed as a genuine case from every quarter and witnessed deep concern and cooperation from every walk of life.
The release stated that district ministerial staff being the backbone of state affairs and departmental machineries has critically viewed the perspective and compared the adamant attitude of the concerned stake holders. It therefore requested the concerned to take up the issues in all seriousness and without delay.
ANDMSA Tuensang unit has also conveyed its appreciation to all the concerned ministerial staffs from every department and general public of the district for cooperation to the genuine cause.
