The Angami morung was declared the “Best Morung” of the Hornbill Festival 2023 on its concluding day, DIPR report stated. Each morung served authentic cuisines and presented distinctive cultural elements, including traditional dresses and captivating dances.
Various tribes also showcased unique traditions through intricately-designed morungs. The huts adorned with tribal designs became hubs of cultural exchange as visitors flocked to experience richness of Naga traditions.
