The All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers Association (ANGPTA) has informed all SDEOs and DEOs, that primary teachers under the department of School Education were a separate Association and not affiliated to any other association under the department.
A press release by All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers Association president, James Ruokuoselhou and general secretary, Hoshika H Sumi has therefore requested DDOs to not entertain requests, or deduct any money of the primary teachers in favour of any association/ NGOs without the knowledge of All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers.
It further warned that incidences of teachers involving in unauthorized collections of any amount from primary teachers will be viewed seriously and these individuals will be doing so at their own risk.
All Nagaland Government Primary Teachers Association has also entrusted district units of ANGPTA with safeguarding the interest of fellow members in compliance with this directive.
