ANIDFSAJF seeks apology

All Nagaland Inter Departmental Field Staff Association Joint Forum (ANIDFSAJF) Monday demanded All Nagaland PHED Work-Charge Association (ANPHEDWA) to apologize within three days (through paper publication) over the regularization issue. 
The joint forum also warned that it would be “liable to suit criminal case” against ANPHEDWA in the event of failing to tender apology within the given time frame.  In a press note, ANIDFSAJF sessional secretary. K. Atovi Awomi, said the regularization issue raised by ANPHEDWA was not acceptable, since there approach was not “genuine”.
It therefore, appealed to the home department to take necessary action against such self-style formation of association without availing proper registration.
The joint forum also reminded ANPHEDWA, that as per government rules and regulation, workcharge employees were not entitled to form any association or to avail registration.
