Anit-drug campaign at Shamator

In preparation for the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the district administration Shamator in collaboration with NCORD and YoungFit Wellness launched a ward-wise anti-drug campaign across Shamator town on Juen 20, 2025.
According to DIPR report, as part of the initiative, “Master Volunteers” were introduced in each ward to raise awareness and promote community involvement in the fight against drug abuse.
The campaign aims to highlight various anti-drug efforts undertaken by the administration while YoungFit Wellness focuses on prevention through fitness, mental well-being and healthy lifestyle practices. The initiative sets the groundwork for broader community participation leading up to June 26, 2025 encouraging a united stand for a healthier drug-free future.
