Annual peace club meet held at SCHSS

St. Clare higher Secondary School (SCHSS) organised an annual peace club meet with 35 club members and teacher animators.

During the valedictory function Dr. Fr. C.P Anto said peace was one of the most essential requirements of humanity and a necessary per-requisite for progress, development and sustainability.

He also spoke about the different types of conflicts and stated that all the conflicts could be resolved through dialogue and peace building process.

Dr. Fr. C.P Anto encouraged the members to work on their inter and intra personal communication skills so they would be able to convince and communicate the message to the people. As we are going to commemorate the birth of Jesus let us love, forgive and reconcile with each other by willingly accepting our mistakes and failures, he said.

Further, he urged upon the students to do good deeds every day in their homes, schools and localities as they prepare for Christmas.

Earlier, SCHSS principal, Sr. Jessin spoke on the importance of Christmas while peace club member Loreni was facilitator of the programme.
