ANPHEDFSA demands to issue regularization and RoP order

All Nagaland PHED Field Staff Association (ANPHEDFSA) has demanded the government to issue regularization and RoP order of W/C employees at the earliest.
In a press release, ANPHEDFSA secretary Maong Tzüdir stated that the judgment order dated 05/03/12 and 15/09/14 for issuing regularization and RoP order of W/C employees within December 31, 2014 was still pending.
ANPHEDFSA alleged that conducing physical verification over again for several times was simply stretching time and to avoid court order. ANPHEDFSA stated that if the verification was stretched further, most of W/c employees would complete 35 years of service and 60 years of age and would retire from the service empty handed.
Further, ANPHEDFSA informed that W/C employees were prepared to start its own course of action against the government by January 2015.
