Ao Lanur Telongjem call on Sentiyanger

DIMAPUR

Representatives of the Ao Lanur Telongjem (ALT) from Mokokchung, Dimapur, Chumukedima, Nuiland, and Medziphema paid a courtesy visit to Nagaland Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen at his official residence in Kohima on Saturday.
According to ALT media cell, the delegation led by convener Imnaonen Pongen and co-convener Tia Longchar, held a brief felicitation programme to honour the Chief Secretary for attaining the highest bureaucratic post in the State government. Speaking on the occasion, Convener Pongen described Sentiyanger’s achievement as a beacon of inspiration for the younger generation and urged him to continue serving the people of Nagaland with integrity and impartiality.
On behalf of ALT, a canvas print of Mokokchung was presented to the Sentiyanger as a token of appreciation.
In response, Sentiyanger expressed gratitude to the Ao Lanur Telongjem for the gesture and reaffirmed his commitment to work for the welfare and development of Nagaland. He also appealed for collective support from all sections of society to achieve holistic progress in the State.
Other speakers at the programme included ALT treasurer Imkongmar Imchen, advisors Imtiakum and Anungba Sanglir, who shared their aspirations and perspectives on youth empowerment and societal growth.
