Ao organizations serve ultimatum on RMSA director

Ao Senden and Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) have served an ultimatum on the director of Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhijan (RMSA), Nagaland demanding response latest by January 31, 2016 on the issue of viva voce result, in which only five candidates qualified in respect of Ao subject teacher despite of 26 successful candidates in written exam against 20 posts conducted by RMSA.
In a joint statement, Ao Senden president Imolemba Jamir and AKM vice president Akummeren Longchar stated that the two bodies have not received any response from RMSA till date. They cautioned that the department would be held solely responsible for any untoward situation that could arise due to their negligence. The two bodies on December 8, 2015 made an appeal to SCERT director for clarification and immediate rectification on the issue. SCERT director wrote to Ao Senden president on December 11, 2015 saying the SCERT was assigned to conduct the written examination for selection of RMSA secondary teachers for the advertisement. 
The director had pointed out that except the written examination, the conduct of oral interview/viva voce and declaration of final result was solely at the discretion of RMSA. SCERT then said clarification on the issue could be made only by RMSA office. Subsequently, on December 18, 2015, the two bodies forwarded the application responded by the director SCERT to the director RMSA for further necessary action. 
However, the two bodies said there was no response on the issue till date, adding that it compelled them to serve the ultimatum on RMSA director.
