DIMAPUR: Ao Youth Organisation Chümoukedima organised a Skill Development Symposium and Seminar at Mount Mary College, Chümoukedima, with enthusiastic participation from students, youth, entrepreneurs and community members.
The programme began with an invocation by Bendang Imsong, followed by a welcome address from Talisunep Walling, president of ALTC. Suwa Lkr, advisor of ALTC, outlined the objectives of the symposium.
The event featured three technical sessions. Medoneizo Putsure, founder and CEO of Bambusa Express and JOME Foods Pvt. Ltd., spoke on digital business, inspiring participants to embrace innovation and entrepreneurship. Er. Imnayangner Imchen, assistant general manager of Nagaland Tool Room & Training Centre, highlighted technical and vocational training opportunities, including Industry 4.0 and AI based programmes. I. Sashi Pongener, financial advisor to the Business Association of Nagas and consultant to Nagaland State Co operative Bank Ltd., shared insights on financial management and self employment, emphasising financial discipline and sustainable entrepreneurship.
Each session concluded with interactive question and answer segments, providing participants with practical guidance and valuable learning opportunities.
ALTC expressed gratitude to the resource persons, Mount Mary College, volunteers and participants for their contribution.
