Aphuyemi Football Club from Nagaland recently participated in the 2024-25 Futsal Club Championship, held in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. Unfortunately, they failed to qualify for the knockout stage, finishing third in Group A with 6 points from 4 matches.

    Their results were as follows:
  • Juggernaut FC Gujarat vs Aphuyemi FC: 17-4 (Loss)
  • Minerva Academy Punjab vs Aphuyemi FC: 13-6 (Loss)
  • Aphuyemi FC vs Reallona FC Ladakh: 4-1 (Win)
  • Triumph FC Himachal Pradesh vs Aphuyemi FC: 6-8 (Win)
    Aphuyemi FC’s Akumyanger was one of the top scorers in the championship, netting 12 goals. Despite their efforts, the team couldn’t advance to the next stage.
    The Futsal Club Championship, organized by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), features 17 teams divided into four groups.
    The top two teams from each group qualify for the quarter-finals.
    The tournament kicked off on August 3, 2025, and will conclude on August 18, 2025.
