A team of 9 Assam Rifles (AR) on receiving the information regarding road accident near Tseima Basa next to HQ 5 Sector AR on August 4 rushed to the accident site and assisted in the recovery of the vehicle.
In a press note, Press Information Bureau (PIB) (Defence Wing), informed that the team of 9 AR, after more than two hours of effort, successfully recovered the crashed vehicle which had reportedly rolled down 20 ft – 30 ft on NH-61. PIB further stated that the accident probably occurred due to loss of control by the driver, however, no one was hurt in the accident.
