AR bust arms workshop

Troops of 18 Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 6 Sector Assam Rifles reportedly busted an illegal arms fabrication workshop in Lilen B Village, Peren district January 12.  According to IGAR (N) PRO, a search operation was launched by AR troops the based on specific information.
PRO said the workshop was engaged in fabrication and repair of illegal arms under Ngullen Hangsing (30), resident of Lilen B village, Peren district. He was apprehended along with one point 22 Rifle, one 12 Bore Rifle, partially fabricated arms parts, assorted ammunitions and tools used for arms fabrication. 
The apprehended individual along with recovered items was handed over to Jalukie police station, Peren, said PRO.
