DC Mechanical Colony Union (DCMCU) Old Medical ‘B’ ward Tuensang Town held an emergency meeting and concluded that they were satisfied with the clarification given by the 40th Assam Rifles on April 8.
It may be recalled that the DCMCU had sought a clarification, published April 7, regarding a search operation involving one of its advisors.
According to a press release issued by the union’s chairman, R. Thsarangse Sangtam and secretary C. Akhum, to maintain peace and harmony, the union has urged the concerned INT (informer) to confirm any information that were sensitive before passing it on to higher authorities. The union also informed the public under its jurisdiction to maintain peace be vigilant against anti- social elements.
