Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, DG Assam Rifles reaffirmed the Assam Rifles commitment to youth empowerment and education in the state.
Interacting with the students of NIEDO during his visit to Chieswema, the DGAR motivated the students, emphasizing self-discipline, perseverance and the importance of continuously validating in themselves.
He encouraged the students to identify and strengthen their weak areas in preparation of their exams and also encouraged them to make the best out of their unique journeys to achieve success.
Recalling his long-standing association with NIEDO students, Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera inspired them to overcome stress and channel it positively for success. A small cultural program was also performed by the students showcasing the rich heritage of the Naga community, highlighting the immense talent Nagaland possesses across various fields, including sports and academics.
