The road show, held as part of the promotional activities for the tournament, paid tribute to Captain N. Kengurüse, MVC (Posthumous) — a celebrated war hero and pride of Nagaland. The initiative aimed to inspire young people to participate in sports and uphold the values of courage, discipline, and teamwork embodied by the late officer.

According to officials, the road show symbolised unity and community spirit while celebrating the legacy of Capt N Kengurüse, who continues to inspire generations through his courage and sacrifice.
