AR motivates youth through awareness

As part of its youth outreach efforts, the Assam Rifles conducted motivational sessions for students and aspiring youth at Pungro village in Kiphire district and Tizit in Mon district on July 7.
According to Assam Rifles source, the sessions aimed to guide local youth on joining the Indian Army and Assam Rifles by sharing detailed information on recruitment procedures, eligibility, and various roles in the Armed Forces including combat, technical, and administrative branches.
Assam Rifles personnel also shared their personal experiences in service, which inspired many of the attendees.
The interactive sessions drew participation from nearby villages and schools and allowed students to ask questions about educational support, skill development, and career prospects in the military.
The initiative reaffirmed Assam Rifles’ commitment to youth empowerment and community engagement, while also encouraging patriotism and national service among young citizens of Nagaland.
