Assam Rifles organised a security meeting with apex village bodies of Lungwa, Mon district, to access the implications of Myanmar’s situation on Indian villages.


Both parties discussed the village’s security context and confirmed their commitment to ensuring peace.
Meanwhile, in a bid to promote hygiene, Assam Rifles organized a cleanliness drive and awareness campaign in Thongsonyu, Noklak district. The initiative focused on instilling values of personal and public hygiene and was commended by the village residents.
