Assam Rifles Mokokchung battalion, under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N), organised two-week bamboo craft workshop for physically disabled from December 21 to 29 at Mokokchung.
According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), the workshop was organised with a vision of equipping additional skills to explore alternative sources of livelihood, enabling development of skills to create valuable products from bamboo which was easily available in the region to use both for commercial and domestic purposes.
