
Kiphire battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) conducted a pre-medical examination on February 27.
According to the Public Relations Officer (PRO), HQ IGAR (N), the pre-medical examination was conducted for 18 candidates of an upcoming recruitment rally with an aim to give them a fair idea of the recruitment procedure and assist them in rectifying minor ailments before they attempt to pass recruitment at the rally. The pre-training commenced from February 27 and will be held for four weeks.
In another event, a lecture on “Provisions of Free Move Regime” at Anutongre village was carried out on February 27 to create awareness among local residents about the rules and regulations covered in the provisions of the Free Move Regime (FMR). 22 residents attended the lecture.
