AR promote Yoga in Nagaland

Assam Rifles organized two-event to promote yoga awareness in Nagaland ahead of the 11th International Day of Yoga.
On June 7, 2025, an awareness program cum drawing competition was held at Government Higher Secondary School, Sechu-Zubza, where 90 students participated, creatively illustrating the benefits of yoga through artwork.
A special lecture emphasized the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga for children, encouraging them to adopt it as part of their daily routine. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, celebrating the winners.
Meanwhile, Assam Rifles organized a yoga event for local youth under the theme “Healthy Mind Resides in a Healthy Body”. Children and youth from Doyapur and nearby villages took part in the session.
