AR recovers arms and ammo

Phek battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N) conducted an operation on specific information with police representative in general area Lozaphemi village under Phek district on February 22.
According to AR Phek battalion, one 9 mm country made carbine with magazine, one 9 mm pistol with magazine, 14 live rounds and one ICOM hand held radio set have been recovered wrapped in a poly bag.
In this connection, the recoveries have been handed over to Phek police station.
