Archbishop of Calcutta diocese, Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church visited Nagaland Chief Minister T.R. Zeliang at his residence along with MGM Higher Secondary School, Dimapur principal Fr. P.S. Varghese.
During the meeting, the chief minister was briefed about the Malankara Orthodox Church’s educational mission. He was informed that the mission not only aims at providing quality education but also believes in providing education to all strata of the society.
It was also informed that St.Thomas Mission Society’s education mission in Nagaland entered a new venture by opening B.Ed College. The chief minister assured all possible help to develop new educational ventures in the state that would help in the upliftment of the society.
