Army Recruitment Office (ARO), Rangapahar, held an online outreach session during the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-68) at Wokha on July 22. The programme was organised in coordination with 25 Nagaland Battalion, Mokokchung, and attended by over 665 cadets.
The session aimed to create awareness on Indian Army recruitment opportunities under various categories including Officers, Women Military Police (WMP), and Agniveer.
Officials explained the key features of the Agnipath Scheme, including registration procedures, login creation, current recruitment notifications, and benefits after four years of service. Aspirants were briefed on entry schemes such as NDA, IMA, OTA, MNS, WMP and TA, along with details about SSB interviews.
The session also covered eligibility criteria, application steps, and selection process for each category, specifically focusing on the 2025–2026 recruitment cycle.
Participants were informed about the structure of the Army and various types of Arms and Services.
