Asangba Chuba Ao, a 2003 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed as joint secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) for a tenure of five years.
Asangba, who was earlier on deputation to Nagaland as Commissioner of Taxes, was among 13 officers who have been appointed as joint secretary/joint secretary equivalent level on November 14.
