Assam principal receives global award

DIMAPUR, MAY 26 (NPN):

Founder and principal of Miles Bronson Residential School (MBRS) Borjhar, Guwahati, Dr. Nripen Kumar Dutta was conferred with the Global Education Leader Award in the INDIA – USA Global Education Leadership Summit at the Landsdale College Hall, Michigan, USA held from May 21 to 25.
The award was presented by Shiela Bauer, Co-Founder Access USA, Shiela Bauer and associate vice – president K- 12 Education Hillsdale, Michigan, USA, Kathleen D’Toole.
The award ceremony was a part of the India – USA Education Leadership Summit organised by the Landsdale College covering topics like- how to develop excellence in teaching and learning , how to avoid winning academically without losing at college and life, measuring effectiveness and developing excellence, creating focus and overcoming distress, the importance of excellence in educational & the value and purpose of education.
This summit was hosted by Hillsdale College and faculties from Universities like De Paul, Kettering, Alma, Northwood and Landsdale gave their presentations.
Altogether, 12 school owners and principals were honoured for their contribution in the field of international understanding and global education.
