Assam Rifles assist in recovery of truck accident in Tuensang

In a swift respond, Assam Rifles provided immediate assistance to a dumper truck which met with an accident and toppled over near Yungphangh village in Tuensang on January 29.


According to HQ IGAR (North), the Assam Rifles deployed all available resources to aid in the rescue and recovery efforts. Upon receiving information about the accident, Assam Rifles personnel quickly reached the site with a recovery vehicle to help clear the wreckage.

The troops also extended medical aid to the injured driver and co-driver and provided humanitarian support to those affected. Their prompt action ensured that necessary assistance was delivered efficiently, minimizing further risks and facilitating smooth rescue operations.
