Assam Rifles conduct various activities

Kiphire Battalion organised a free medical camps at Longkhimong, Tsurevong and Khong villages of Kiphire district on July 23.  

According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), 96 adults and 13 children received medical consultation and treatment for basic ailment. Free medicines were distributed and the importance of adhering to all precautions against COVID-19 and maintenance of personal hygiene was also imparted. 
Tuensang Battalion: Tuensang Battalion administered medical aid to an injured victim residing in border village of Monyakshu, Mon district. 
The individual sustained injury to his hand while chopping firewood and therein resulting in excess bleeding. Timely assistance helped in giving necessary relief to the individual apart from arresting the bleeding.
