
Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) Chuchuyimlang block conducted training and demonstration programme on May 21 at Yaongyimti old villlage.
A press release from ATM Tangit Longkumer informed that the resource person, BTM Aolemla Kichu, shared about the severity of FAW, its management and control measures. She also interacted with the farmers on use of pheromone traps, proper land preparation, crop rotation with non-host plants, use of organic neem, NSKE and other locally available plants to reduce the environmental impact of insecticides. Altogether, 15 farmers attended the training.
