ATMA Phek holds dist level exhibition

ATMA, Phek, in collaboration with the department of Horticulture, has organised a district level exhibition at Phek headquarters on Republic Day with NLA Speaker, Chotisuh Sazo, as the chief guest.
On the occasion, Sazo visited the stalls and interacted with officials of ATMA, Phek, and input dealer/ innovator- the sole private supplier of agricultural kits and equipments in the district.
ATMA Phek displayed agriculture & allied produces and products. Variety of organic fruits and vegetables from Zavami, Phek, Pfutsero, Losami and Zaphami villages were displayed. SHG products of processed foods, fish products, fresh fruits, soaps and detergents from five RD blocks were also displayed for promotion.
Gardening tools, seeds, packaging materials and veterinary medicines, bio-fertilizers like neem seed oil, bio-zinc and prathista were also exhibited to educate farmers of their usage and application. 
A total of 21 ATMA Phek technical folders on Agri & allied topics were displayed and distributed to all visitors to create awareness and spread knowledge and to meet farmers’ needs. Business cards of the input dealer were also distributed to create “Input Dealer-Farmer Linkage.”
