Achikuchu Union Dimapur (AUD) has condemned the September 19 incident wherein armed miscreants entered the residence of Dimapur Goods Transport Association (DGTA) vice president Mughavi and physically assaulted residents including a six year old. In a condemnation note, AUD president Zhekiye Wotsa and Achikuchu Joint Council (AJC) chairman Hutovi Kiho said such act was preposterously despicable and against all moral values. The union has also called upon all to promote peace and tranquillity and abstain from such violent acts.
