Under the initiative of DPDB Tseminyu, the Village Adoption Committee led by the convenor, EAC Tseminyu, Mhathung Ngullie, conducted an awareness-cum-seminar at Community Hall, Longwesunyu village under Tseminyu district on March 26.
According to DIPR report, various departments such as, land resources, social welfare, animal husbandry & veterinary services, rural development, soil & water conservation, and agriculture participated in the seminar. Farming tools, manure and lime, mosquito net, etc. were distributed to the villagers. Livestock vaccination drive and medicines were also distribution during the program. The Village Adoption Committee was constituted under the LADP Village Adoption Committee.
