A training and awareness on Dental Hygiene of community leaders, school teachers, health workers, and Anganwadi workers under Pungro block, Kiphire was organized by Dr. Weri Mero, Medical Officer of Pungro CHC from September 1 to 10.
Dr. Mero imparted training and sensitized the Community leaders, teachers, Health workers and Anganwadi Workers on the basics and importance of Oral hygiene.
He also emphasized on the importance of timely visitation to a dentist for good Oral Hygiene and ill effects of tobacco consumption for oral health.
