DIMAPUR: The Axis Bank Chunlikha Branch was inaugurated on July 10 by Japheth Woch, Deputy Commissioner Tseminyu, who graced the occasion as special guest.
In his inaugural address, DC Japheth Woch congratulated Axis Bank for being the first among banks to establish a branch in the rural area of Chunlikha as well as in the district. He urged the Axis Bank team to impart financial literacy to villagers and customers under Chunlikha Block and beyond.
He also called upon the residents of Chunlikha to create a congenial, receptive and peaceful environment for the bank officials. The programme was chaired by Ekonbeni Ovung, SE Wokha Branch, while Poujaulung, Cluster Head, Axis Bank Ltd. Dimapur Cluster, spoke on behalf of the bank. The vote of thanks was delivered by Neiketoulo Norbert, Branch Head, Axis Bank Ltd. Chunlikha Branch.
