BAN flays blast at Gas agency

Business Association of Nagas (BAN) has strongly condemned bomb attack at KT Gas agency, saying “such act of terror on civilians cannot explained or justified in any way.
In a press release, BAN media cell maintained that it would be “a big error of judgment” on the part of perpetrators and those out there who still believed that people could be terrorized.
BAN said that it was extremely unfortunate that NSCN (K) was threatening ACAUT, which it said was a “mass based movement” representing the voice of Nagas.
BAN asserted instead of threat, intimidation it would have been more appropriate had NSCN (K) constructively and positively took the wrongs that has been pointed out by ACAUT. It stated that Naga political groups (NPGs) “should understand that in this information age” the scenario was totally different form 80s and 90 “as nothing can be hidden from the public domain”. BAN urged NPGs to be sensitive to public opinion, voice and desire of the people.
