Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan, has notified that there would be strict ban on sale of tobacco products during the upcoming Hornbill Festival at Kisama Village. In an order, DC cautioned that nny person violating the order would be liable to be punished as per the law.
