BAP Kohima cautions

Bayavü Area Panchayat (BAP) Kohima has informed that sale of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), local brew, drugs and immoral trade have been prohibited within its jurisdiction. In a press release, BAP chairman Khinyi Woch, MBWB chairman Medo Koza, UBWB chairman Mhalelie Rio, LBWB chairman Savio Dzüviehü, head GB Bayavü Neiselie, GB Upper Bayavü Vineizo, GB lower Bayavü P Dozo, president BYO Diethonguzo and BWO president Banuo informed that BAP has resolved to enforce prohibitory order.  BAP has also informed those engaged in such business in Bayavü colony to stop the same with immediate effect cautioning that anybody found violation the prohibitory order shall be seriously dealt with penalty in terms of fine, expulsion or seizure. It said such banned items will be damaged anytime without further notice.
