State level BBBP, Mahila Shakti Kendra conducted a webinar on orientation and training for district commissioners and nodal officers of multi-sectoral districts of BBBP, Nagaland on Friday.
During the webinar, moderator, BBBP state team leader, Juliana Medom gave an overview of various activities conducted under BBBP in the state. Commissioner and secretary to government of Nagaland, department of social welfare and administrator NSSWB, Sarah R. Ritse urged upon multi-sectoral districts to make BBBP scheme more effective. She encouraged district administration to be prompt in submitting relevant documents to the ministry so that the activities were conducted smoothly.
NSCW chairperson, Khrienuo Tachü said that more interventions in remote villages would create a greater impact. Assistant director, Neingusalie Theünuo also called for more training of Angawadi workers.
