Beti Bachao Beti Padhao meeting held at Niuland

The 4th quarterly meeting of the district level committee for Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Niuland district, was held on March 10 at DC’s Conference Hall, Niuland.
According to DIPR report, the meeting chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Sara S Jamir, included members such as the medical officer, district education officer, district manager (State Lead Bank), Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) & nodal officer (BBBP), and the district programme officer, who served as member secretary.
Kelengunuo Solo, Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC), highlighted various BBBP programmes, initiatives, awareness campaigns, and sensitisation activities undertaken in Niuland district during FY 2025-26.
The Deputy Commissioner and chairman, district level committee Mission Shakti, commended Mission Shakti officials for their dedication to uplifting and empowering women in Niuland district, appreciating their efforts in promoting the welfare of girls and women.
