A thanksgiving programme in honour of Advisor for Skill Development, Labour & Employment and Civil Administrative Works Division (CAWD), Kazheto Kinimi was organised by BJP 31 Assembly Constituency (A/C) Akuluto at Akuluto Public Ground on April 5.
A press release issued by media and publicity in-charge, Steve Chophy stated that Kazheto Kinimi in his thanksgiving speech thanked Almighty God for his victory and credited his electoral success to his party workers, family members, supporters and to the electorates of 31 A/C Akuluto. Kinimi assured the people that he would do his best to fulfil his promises and the commitments he made to them. He sought support and cooperation from the public for all round development of his constituency.
Kinimi, while expressing gratitude lauded the dynamic leadership of chief minister, Neiphiu Rio and expressed the hope that with his in-depth knowledge in the field of governance and experiences from being the Chief Minister for four terms, the PDA government would provide a stable and transparent government and complete the five years term in office without any hindrances while ensuring good governance. He thanked the chief minister for appointing him as the Advisor for Skill Development, Labour & Employment and CAWD.
Minister PHED, Government of Nagaland, Jacob Zhimomi who also attended the thanksgiving programme, expressed immense gratitude to the electorates for electing its party candidate Kazheto Kinimi in the recently conducted 13th NLA elections. Zhimomi said that finding a lasting solution to the Naga peace process would be the main priority for the PDA government. The minister also asserted that overnight development would not be possible, however he assured the gathering that PDA would genuinely work for the progress and development of the people.
Former Ministers, Kheto Sema and Kakheto Kinimi also spoke during the programme and exuded confidence in the leadership of Kazheto Kinimi and urged the public to extend their support and cooperation for progress and development.
The program was chaired by Hosheto Y Awomi, invocation was said by Lumithsami Baptist Church youth pastor, Akai Yepthomi, a party address was delivered by 31 A/C Akuluto Mandal president, Hovito Chishi, a special number was presented by Lumithsami Voice, while the thanksgiving prayer was pronounced by Lumithsami Baptist Church pastor, Rev. Ghuqhevi Katty.
