Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday announced the appointment of in-charges and co-in-charges to various states and union territories including Nagaland and other North East states for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda appointed BJP leader Captain Abhimanyu in-charge of Assam, Dr M Chuba Ao has been appointed as in charge of Meghalaya, Ajit Gopchade (Manipur), Devesh Kumar (Mizoram), Nalin Kohli (Nagaland) and Avinash Rai Khanna in-charge of Tripura, with immediate effect.
