BJP asks govt to make scholarship available to students

Minority cell, BJP Nagaland Wednesday appreciated the efforts of union government for uplift of minorities and appealed to the state government to reciprocate the programme to achieve the target. 
In a press release, Thomas Magh, president, minority cell BJP Nagaland, said the pre-metric scholarships for class I to X standards should be made available to all the deserving students belonging to minority communities. 
The cell said there are allegations that many genuine students have not been receiving the scholarships for which the minority cell BJP requested both private and government school authorities to help those deserving students to receive scholarships. 
The cell further appealed the rich section of people to help the poor by doing away with certain things which are not supposed to be avail by them and join hands with the present government and make the country stand majestically among the nations.
