Reacting to the statement by Khuzoluzo Azo Neinu, that the BJP had reaffirmed to support Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, the Nagaland BJP unit termed it “an individual comment only.” In a press note, BJP unit media cell said that the “so called DAN meeting has not passed any resolution to that effect.” It clarified that the BJP unit has been maintaining neutrality as DAN coalition partner, since the present crisis was an internal problem of NPF.
