A team of BJP leaders led by secretary organization in-charge Nagaland State BJP, Ananta Narayan Mishra and BJP Nagaland state president Visasolie Lhoungu, toured Mokokchung district from July 8-14.
BJP team comprising of Nagaland State BJP in-charge, Mokokchung district, vice president Er. Senkathang, L.Temsu Jamir, general secretary S.Moa Imsong and presidents of all the frontals (morcha) started the district mandal tour from 30th Alongtaki mandal.
Temjen Imna Along Lkr co-convenor (finance) and S.E.M BJP Nagaland, L. Temjen Jamir Ex MLA & S.E.M BJP Nagaland and Dr. Temsuwati S.E.M BJP Nagaland also joined the tour team in various occasions. During his visits to all the mandals, Ananta Mishra challenged all the party workers on implementing ten points programme at the earliest. He also deliberated on district committee to booth level committee structure formation.
Ananta expressed clearly that BJP was not against any particular religion rather the party stands for upliftment of the general public under the theme “development for all”.
He also expressed concern about the condition of the road, electricity, healthcare, primary education in Nagaland and called it a total system failure. Ananta called upon all the people of Nagaland to voice against corruption and added that the only remedy was to choose the right representatives in the coming 2018 general election.
During his visits to various Mandals, Ananta also visited historical places like Longkum village, Molungkimong Village, first Christian village in Nagaland, Sungkotenem in Mopongchuket Village and Nature park at Ungma village. The newly appointed full time worker for BJP in the state from Mokokchung district, Imnanungsang Lemtor and Limanguba accompanied the secretary organization throughout the tour.
