BJP Nagaland holds 2nd coordination meeting on LS polls

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland State held its 2nd coordination meeting with district BJP in-charges and district BJP presidents at its Kohima Head Office on January 5, to discuss matters pertaining to the upcoming Lok Sabha Election.


A press release by state media department, BJP Nagaland informed that the meeting was attended by state office bearers, state general secretary (org), Abhay Giri, state spokespersons, state media and state social media team, district in-charges and the 12 district presidents.
In his address, Nagaland State BJP president, Benjamin Yepthomi asked the members present to work sincerely with a renewed sense of vitality and dynamism so as to uphold and strengthen the party at all levels. He advised them to give special focus on empowering the booth level and social media at the grassroot levels.


He further emphasised on the good governance policies and welfare programs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that has immensely benefited the citizens of the country. The meeting was also addressed by state general secretary (org), Abhay Giri.


Earlier, BJP Nagaland held its first coordination meeting on January 3 in Dimapur wherein state president held an exclusive meeting with the national committee members; interactive session with the state social media team and meeting of Nagaland state; Lok Sabha Pravas Committee members with the northeast in-charge, Avinash Kohli. The state president and his colleagues also held series of interactive sessions with the State Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha, OBC, Kisan Morcha and Minority Morcha.
