The 5th executive meeting –cum- party’s office inauguration program of the BJP, Electoral District Pughoboto was held on June 1 at Pughoboto town, with Ananta Narayan Mishra, general secretary (Org.) Nagaland and Visasolie Lhoungu, president, BJP State Nagaland. The Party office was inaugurated by President, BJP State, Nagaland, Visasolie Lhoungu.
In the meeting, Mishra highlighted the functions and activities of the party in different levels.
He also spoke on the important programs and developmental activities being undertaken by the BJP government under prime minister Narendra Modi.
While encouraging the party men to work hard for the Party, he promised if the BJP forms the next government in 2018 election in Nagaland, the BJP government in the Centre would develop the state and grant “big projects” to solve the unemployment problems and upliftment of the economy of the state.
Visasolie also highlighted the development activities and schemes of Central government. He encouraged the party men not to be fooled by the false political propaganda on BJP by other political rival parties, but to be committed and stay united for the strength and victory of the party.
He informed the gathering that BJP was the largest national political party in India, adding BJP was a secular and the most disciplined party and therefore the undisciplined and characterless people will not be tolerated in the party”.
Kuputo Shohe, vice-president BJP Nagaland also spoke on the occasion.
The meeting was chaired by Kavili Achumi, state executive member (Mahila), invocation was pronounced by Tovishe Shohe, Pastor Mishili (Y) Baptist church.
Jevito Achumi, president BJP Electoral District, Pughoboto delivered the welcome address, special number was presented by Atto Achumi and Vixepu Swu, state executive member, delivered vote of thanks.
