BJP unit resolution

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland state unit office bearers and legislators at an emergency meeting held in Dimapur January 10 have adopted a four-point resolution.
Resolution signed by BJP Nagaland president Dr. M Chuba Ao and BJP MLA Dr. T.M. Lotha stated that BJP Nagaland was “steadfastly united.” The meeting re-affirmed its support to majority NPF group led by G Kaito Aye.
The resolution stated that press statement issued by James Vihoshe, general secretary (adm), published January 10 was without the authorization of the party and hence treated null and void.
It stated that, henceforth, all party official statements would be issued by or through the party spokesperson only.
