BJP Wokha District, in its 7th district executive meeting held on October 19, reaffirmed and resolved its full support and cooperation with and for Temjen Imna Along, state BJP president and his team for the upliftment of the party. BJP Wokha president, Meribemo Kinghen and district press & media secretary, M. James Tungoe, in a press release stated that it also resolved to stand united and strengthen the party under the guidance and advice of Y Patton, deputy chief minister and Mmhonlumo Kikon, advisor.
It further resolved that in order to proceed smoothly and to avoid demoralization in the functioning of the party there will be no change of guard in mandals, frontals and district officials at present, since all ranks and file are voluntarily working hard for the betterment of the party.
